Consulting Philosophy Hub

This hub outlines the foundation of my work as a performance psychology consultant. It integrates theory, method, reflection, and ethics into a cohesive approach, designed to serve real performers in real contexts.

Informed by the scientist-practitioner model, my philosophy draws from Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Interpersonal Neurobiology, Embodied Cognition, Narrative Therapy, and Systems Thinking. Together, these frameworks support a way of working that is relational, developmentally attuned, and grounded in the complexity of human experience.

What follows is not just a collection of models or techniques. It is a map of how I think, how I show up in the work, and how I help performers grow—not just in skill, but in capacity, expression, and connection.

Each section below offers a distinct entry point into this philosophy, from guiding beliefs to applied interventions, and from developmental models to ethical foundations. You are invited to explore them individually or as a whole. Each one contributes to the full picture.
